Revive and recycle an item from your wardrobe (or choose to work on a new sewing project). You will be shown ways of transforming garments with techniques such as freehand machine embroidery, cutwork and several types of applique. The first part of the workshop will focus on practising on sample fabrics,
Then in the afternoon selecting which are the most effective and applying them to produce your own unique personalised piece of clothing.
(Some basic sewing skills necessary for this class)
